Dispatch Timeframe: After placing your order, please allow 3-5 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your items. We take utmost care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Next Day Delivery Service: Once dispatched, all our orders are sent through our trusted Next Day Delivery Service partners: DPD and Royal Mail.

Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order. This email will be sent to the address you provided during the purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times & Fees:

  • Parcels: 1 Working Day - £4.99

  • Large Letters: 1-2 Working Days - £4.99

  • Letters: 1-2 Working Days - £1.50

Free Shipping Disclaimer

  • Orders with a subtotal exceeding £45 qualify for free delivery.

  • To be eligible for free shipping, your basket subtotal must exceed £45 before any shipping costs are added.

  • If you apply a discount that reduces your basket total to below £45, shipping charges will apply.

  • A standard shipping charge of £4.99 is applied to orders with a subtotal less than £45.

  • Please ensure to review your basket total before finalising your purchase.

Damaged order

Should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Notification: Reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Resolution: Depending on the circumstance, we will either dispatch a replacement or process a full refund.

  3. Photographic Evidence: For faster resolution and to potentially avoid the hassle of returning the item, we may request a photo of the damage. Please email clear images to info@littlecraftslondon.com.

returning an Order

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not, our returns policy is outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Return: Items can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they are in fully resalable condition. You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return, followed by another 14 days to send the item back to us.

  2. Packaging: Items should be sent back in their original, undamaged packaging. If a product is returned in a non-resalable condition or has been damaged due to improper packaging or mishandling, we reserve the right to:

    • Refuse a full refund.

    • Offer a partial refund.

    • Charge a re-stocking fee of 30% of the order value.

  3. Return Shipping: If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs will be borne by you, the customer.

  4. Exclusions: Please note, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, personalised items are not eligible for return.

  5. Return Procedure: Kindly send your returns to the address below, ensuring your original invoice or a note is enclosed within the parcel:

issue with delivery

If an order's delivery is declined or refused by the customer, we will deduct the combined cost of the original delivery and the return shipment to our warehouse from any potential refund. This total deduction will amount to £10.

Lost or Stolen Parcels.

Safe Place Arrangements: If customers arrange directly with a delivery company to leave their parcel in a designated "safe place", they do so at their own risk. Little Crafts London LTD will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen due to such arrangements.

  1. Address Mistakes: If an error has been made in providing the delivery address and the order has already been dispatched, any parcels returned to us because of this mistake will incur an additional charge for reshipment.
